The reason was that I have copied the iso image to flash drive using dd. Apparently, the installer is not able to read ISO9660 filesystem from flash drive. Use a tool like Rufus to create the installation media from ISO file. Your best option is to get new drive preinstalled with Windows 10 x64. This will be similar to your 'as delivered' system, so you then install Windows Updates, followed by Dell updates, so that everything the system needs gets installed on your Area-51m.
